In specific terms, Epicure uses a contract between the parties to carry out the necessary market study and bench-marketing before negotiating prices, sales and payment conditions, making sure invoices are paid within the timeframe required. Epicure also contacts the transport and supply-chain markets to ensure that the logistics aspect runs efficiently with the best quality/price ratio. Lastly, Epicure assesses the insurance (transport, civil liability, etc.) needed to introduce products and/or investment with respect to the positioning and concept of the products represented, including searching for capital. Epicure also develops draft contracts with brokers.
IMPORTANT! Epicure carries out these activities without payment: the company represented only pays Epicure based on invoices from sales made through commission laid down contractually.
